Delivery charges
For many years we have charged less than the actual cost of sending DVDs. Our new delivery charges are still just below those costs in many cases, but with the huge price reductions on sale items and ever higher postal charges, they have had to be increased.
With new requirements for electronic Customs information and delays in deliveries outside the UK, it makes sense only to use a trackable airmail service for non-UK orders. That means a substantial increase in delivery charges for non-UK customers but, hopefully, a faster and more reliable service.
As before, the more DVDs you buy, the cheaper the delivery charge per DVD. However, with the price of many sale items now so low, we can no longer send five or more DVDs free of charge. But, the delivery charge for more than five DVDs doesn’t increase, no matter how many more you buy.
