If you have bought, or been bought, one of our DVDs and find you already have it, please get in touch and we will replace it with one you do want, providing the cellophane wrapping is still intact.
It is incredibly rare for there to be any problem with our DVDs or DVD-Rs, but if you do experience any kind of difficulty, please contact us before returning the DVD.
