Payment Options:
Avion Video LLP accepts VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Visa Debit, Mastercard debit, Maestro, Paypal, cheques in Pounds Sterling drawn on a UK bank and UK Postal Orders.
It does not accept international money orders or cheques in non-UK currency.

We will use the information you provide only for the following purposes:

Order Acknowledgement:
An order placed on the website will be acknowledged as received through an acknowledgement sent to the e-mail address you supplied.
Return of DVDs purchased
If you have bought, or been bought, one of our DVDs and find you already have it, please get in touch and we will replace it with one you do want, providing the cellophane wrapping is unopened.
It is incredibly rare for there to be any problem with our DVDs or DVD-Rs, but if you do experience any kind of difficulty, please contact us before returning the DVD.
VAT
Avion Video LLP is not registered for VAT and our prices do not contain VAT.
Duty payable on DVDs delivered outside the UK
Customers in some countries outside the UK may be liable for VAT and import duty on DVDs they purchase abroad. Avion Video LLP is not liable for any duty charges that may be incurred. Any local sales tax [like VAT] incurred on sales of streaming videos will be paid by Avion Video LLP and not added to the sale price.
